During the deployment of ArkCore v2.1.0 (Security Update) and v1.4.0 (Website Enhancements), an internal configuration error caused service instability affecting the web dashboard and associated endpoints. This resulted in temporary inaccessibility for users.
The disruption lasted approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Root Cause
The issue was traced to an internal configuration inconsistency introduced during deployment. This impacted service initialization and prevented the dashboard from responding correctly.
Resolution
The configuration issue was corrected, services were restarted, and system integrity was verified. All services have been fully restored and are functioning as expected.
